This is a 1/3rd scale miniature model of a Winchester rifle approximately 14 inches long in an antique finish. The lever is spring loaded so that when you pull it down it springs back, and the hammer and trigger work so it can be cocked and dry fired. In as new condition, and I think they are no longer on sale, also perfectly legal being both a miniature and a model of an antique.
