Nice gun this its been in my collection for 9 years.
Remington/Beals Percussion Navy Revolver in superb condition and working order.
Top of barrel marked - BEALS' PATENT.SEPT.14.1858. MANUFACTURED BY
REMINGTON ILION NY. Metal to black finish with clear markings.
Serial number is 15476. which makes it an early one. Lots of inspection marks.
Super grips, very good barrel rifling and strong main spring.
For some reason the barrel has had 1/8" taken off the end at some time?
