This is a Remington new model police factory conversion to 38 rimfire as with many of the guns of the day it was returned to the factory so that the then owner could fire the new rimfire cartridge ammo,Still retaining the loading leaver. If only it could talk!
Condition wise its in good order and works well over the years it has collected some nocks and a chip out of one grip all age related in saying that though still a nice historic revolver dateing from the late American civil war era.
