This is a superb Whitney Percussion single action revolver.
Serial number 5373K, 7 5/8" octagonal barrel in .36cal with good rifling and a little pitting which may clean out?
Faint barrel markings. The
cylinder hand tend to slip now and then, may be weak spring.
This is the second model 1st type.
The barrel is to nice blue finish as is cylinder with a lot remaining
and action has a brown patina. Very good grips and gun is in good
working order.
This is a good chance to get a very good Whitney at a very good price.
