Here is a very good Aston Pistol in need of a little attention.
Pistol is in good order but the rammer is missing and the lock needs a new spring.
There is a small crack in the stock which has been repaired and the rest is sound.
Metalwork to nice brown patina, lock is marked- U.S. H.ASTON & CO.
MIDDtn CONN 1851. Nice patina to brass work and inspection marks-H-C-C.
There is very faint engraving to parts of the brasswork, looks hand done.
This is a super gun in need of a little care to bring it back to A1 spec.
