double action open frame percussion revolver

no name - about .36 calibre - 5inch barrel, 11 inch overall

works well. On the back/top of the hammer is a small mechanism - a safety device that stops the hammer striking all the way onto the nipple when it closes. Used when loading etc.and you want to spin the cylinder. The spring on the safety device is broken, but it doesn't affect the action.

Also the tap screw that holds the front barrel part to the main action I think is a replacement.

Apart from that it's fine with good walnut grip and overall brown patina.
